Role

MapleSilk Global Procurement Inc. operates as an international trade, sourcing, procurement and business-development services company. It coordinates commercial activities but does not primarily purchase goods for resale or add undisclosed product-price margins. Unless expressly agreed in writing, MapleSilk is not the manufacturer, seller, buyer, carrier, customs broker, freight forwarder, testing laboratory or insurer for products.

Supplier and buyer responsibilities

Product specifications, commercial terms, Incoterms, payment arrangements, import/export compliance, customs, logistics, insurance and other transaction responsibilities are established between the relevant parties. Any paid verification or inspection is limited to the scope agreed for that assignment and does not guarantee future supplier performance or product outcome.

Fees

Applicable MapleSilk fees are confirmed in the relevant written engagement. Website pricing may be updated from time to time.
